Weeklight

Data Controls

Your data.
Your decision.

Weeklight gives you direct controls for local information, private iCloud sync, permissions, notifications, and the optional Shortcut.

01

Turn iCloud Sync off

Open Weeklight → Settings → iCloud Sync and turn it off. The app continues using the copy stored on that device.

02

Delete the iCloud copy

Open Settings → iCloud Sync → Delete iCloud Data. Confirm the action. This removes Weeklight’s private CloudKit zone; it does not automatically remove the local copy.

03

Reset local data

Open Settings → Data → Reset Weeklight. Review the warning and confirm. If sync is still enabled, delete or disable the cloud copy first if you do not want data restored.

04

Manage location

Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Weeklight. Choose Never to revoke access. You can enter prayer-location details manually in the app.

05

Manage notifications

Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Weeklight to change system permission. Habit, to-do, and prayer reminder choices remain editable inside Weeklight.

06

Remove the Shortcut

Open Apple’s Shortcuts app, press and hold the Weeklight Lock Screen Shortcut, then choose Delete. Existing wallpaper images can be removed from Photos separately.
